British wagyu, sashimi grade fish, Hokkaido konbu; all ingredients empowering ICHIBUNS’ purpose and passion in making great food. Chefs prepare fresh produce daily to maintain quality and freshness. Customoized recipes for key components are developed in-house, then produced in volume by working closely with local suppliers.
